The Typhoon is a well-maintained, clean, fast fishing vessel with an onboard WC, and is owned and skippered by Phil Curtis who has over 46 years of experience fishing out of Looe.
With a Maritime and Coastguard Agency 60-mile limit and licensed to carry 11 passengers, the Typhoon is a charter fishing boat in summer and a commercial fishing vessel in winter. She doesn’t stop year-round.
Typhoon offers a range of fishing trips from Looe, from family-friendly mackerel fishing close to shore to deep-sea wreck, shark and tuna trips in the rich waters off Cornwall.
We specialise in fishing club trips and groups of experienced anglers seeking a high-quality fishing trip in south-east Cornwall.
Step aboard Typhoon for a scenic coastal cruise or a trip out to the famous Eddystone Lighthouse — a proper Cornish experience.
